Boris Johnson and Keir Starmer clash over Russia report.

After the release of the much-anticipated Russia report on Tuesday, Boris Johnson and Keir Starmer clashed in fierce exchanges on Wednesday at the last Prime Minister’s Questions (PMQs) before the start of the summer recess.

In response to the bombshell study by the Commons Intelligence and Security Committee’s (ISC), the Labour leader accused the prime minister of compromising the UK’s national security by sitting on the report for 10 months and failing to investigate the threat posed by Russia

Mr Johnson replied by accusing Labour of using the Russia report to undermine the Brexit referendum
